CIO reported on a study by Burning Glass Technologies that found the demand for employees in cybersecurity is increasing four times faster than that of IT jobs and a considerable 12 times faster than the rest of the labor market.

According to a study by CSO, 34 percent of cybersecurity professionals would leave their current job for another position that was more challenging or exciting. Look past salary: As we said, monetary gains aren’t the main attraction for cybersecurity prospects. Try to think creatively about what your company can offer your potential hires.
