Handle Sensitive Information Differently

Handle sensitive information differently If you have highly sensitive information, think about an entirely different way of handling it from your normal email, collaboration, and other systems. If it is the kind of information that can cost you an immense amount if it is compromised, it is worth the enhanced methods and costs.

There are outside systems that will manage access, overall encryption, and other vital elements without any visibility possible to the information. These may be inconvenient in terms of cost, training, and administration, but can help you avoid an unwanted disclosure (though these systems do not solve the loose lips problem that people in the know pose).
